Compliance Helpline
Each member of the Texas A&M University community has responsibility for workplace integrity and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This responsibility includes understanding the right thing to do and making inquiries if you are uncertain.
Compliance requirements are not always easy to interpret. If you encounter a situation that creates a question in your mind, or if you have a concern but are uncertain of the proper action; you have several options to obtain guidance. Where to make your inquiry depends on the nature of the concern and the situation.
- Contact your own department through the appropriate supervisory channels.
- Contact an outside department with specialized expertise, e.g., Employment Services, Finance, Research Compliance, Student Life, Environmental Health and Safety, etc.
- Contact the Compliance Helpline. The Compliance Helpline is a resource to provide you useful guidance in understanding the right thing to do. Your inquiry may be handled by University Risk and Compliance personnel who maintain the Compliance Helpline or forwarded to another office with expertise and responsibility for your area of concern. The Compliance Helpline is designed to provide you with a comprehensive response and consistent interpretation of compliance requirements. The sensitivity of you request will be considered, but anonymity can not be guaranteed. Please contact the following individuals at the Compliance Helpline:
